摘  要:以某500 t/d生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为例,由于其包含焚烧厂渗滤液、填埋场渗滤液、餐厨垃圾废水等多种水源的混合处理,水质复杂程度高,因此具有显著的代表性。研究方法包括通过控制HPRO装置的进水水质条件、运行压力、系统回收率等参数,以验证HPRO装置在不同条件下的实际污染物去除率以及膜通量。并结合膜污堵周期及产水水质的稳定性,确定HPRO装置在渗滤液系统反渗透浓缩液处理中的应用条件及特性。研究结果表明进水电导率≤36000μS/cm时,脱盐率可以稳定在90%以上;进水COD≤2000 mg/L时,COD去除率可以稳定在95%以上,整体适应性良好。This paper examines a 500 t/d municipal solid waste incineration power generation project,which involves the combined treatment of multiple wastewater sources,including incinerator leachate,landfill leachate,and kitchen waste effluent,resulting in highly complex water quality and strong representativeness.The study investigates the pollutant removal efficiency and membrane flux of the HPRO system under varying conditions by controlling parameters such as influent quality,operating pressure,and system recovery rate.Based on membrane fouling cycles and the stability of permeate quality,the study identifies the application conditions and characteristics of the HPRO system in treating reverse osmosis concentrate in the leachate system.Results indicate that when the influent conductivity is≤36,000 μS/cm,the desalination rate remains above 90%;with influent COD≤2000 mg/L,the COD removal rate is stable at over 95%,demonstrating good overall adaptability.
