摘  要:在国家政策驱动下,钢铁行业超低改造行动持续推进,烧结烟气脱硝工艺以末端烟气升温耦合SCR脱硝技术应用较为广泛,在该技术中,CFD流场模拟设计扮演了重要角色。以某烧结烟气直燃炉耦合中低温SCR脱硝装置流场设计为案例,采用CFD仿真技术,分析了原系统流场存在的偏流、流场分布不均的问题,提出了优化改进意见。研究了喷氨格栅、增设静态混合器等措施,解决了系统氨浓度分布、氨逃逸问题。研究了直燃式加热器高温烟气耦合烧结烟气动态喷射流场、混合特性,通过优化高温挡板,解决了系统内温度场偏流的问题。采用上述手段,设计了烟气挡板、静态混合器、优化导流叶片等导流措施,使SCR系统满足了超低排放流场设计要求。该流场设计方案已在多个烧结烟气脱硝工程中得到应用,充分发挥了催化剂、直燃炉的效能,为公司高质量发展、降本增效提供了有力支撑。Under the drive of national policies,the ultra-low emission transformation in the steel industry continues to progress.The application of the sintering flue gas denitration process,which couples end-gas heating with SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)denitration technology,has become widespread.In this technology,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)flow field simulation design plays a key role.Taking the flow field design of a sintering flue gas direct combustion furnace coupled with a medium-and low-temperature SCR denitration device as a case study,CFD simulation technology was employed to analyze the issues of flow maldistribution and uneven flow field distribution in the original system,and optimization suggestions were proposed.Measures such as ammonia injection grids and the addition of static mixers were studied to address the problems of ammonia concentration distribution and ammonia slip.The dynamic injection flow field and mixing characteristics of high-temperature flue gas coupled with sintering flue gas in the direct-fired heater were investigated,and optimization of high-temperature baffles resolved flow maldistribution issues within the temperature field.Using these methods,flow diversion measures such as gas baffles,static mixers,and optimized guide vanes were designed,ensuring that the SCR system met the ultra-low emission flow field design requirements.This flow field design solution has been applied in several sintering flue gas denitration projects,fully utilizing the efficiency of catalysts and direct combustion furnaces,providing strong support for the company's high-quality development and cost reduction.
