摘 要:为对大型发电机定子线棒防晕层与定子铁心接触状态进行定量综合评估,提高发电机定子线棒槽内部分电晕放电缺陷的检修水平,提出了一种发电机定子槽内线棒表面电位分布和线棒槽内部分电晕放电强度的测试方法,重点分析了用于产生测试系统中幅值可调的注入电压的DC-DC变换器电路结构与工作原理,为实现接触系数试验系统中参考电压的跟踪精度与跟踪速度之间的最优权衡,保证系统的稳态和动态性能,考虑到传统扰动观察法不能兼顾跟踪精度与灵敏度,且受快速变化的环境影响较大的问题,设定了功率变化的阈值,采用三段式变步长进行寻优,得到了自适应步长扰动观察法,并采用Boost电路进行仿真。仿真结果表明,相对于传统算法自适应扰动观察法在响应速度与精度上具有明显的优越性,可满足接触系数测试系统在大型发电机定子线棒槽内部分电晕放电状态检测评估应用的要求。In order to quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate the contact state between the anti corona layer of the stator bar and the stator iron core of large generators,and improve the maintenance level of partial corona discharge defects in the stator bar slot of the generator,a testing method for the surface potential distribution of the wire bar in the generator stator slot and the partial corona discharge intensity in the wire bar slot is proposed.The circuit structure and working principle of the DC-DC converter used to generate the injection voltage with adjustable amplitude in the test are analyzed.In order to realize the optimal trade-off between the tracking accuracy and the tracking speed of the reference voltage in the contact coefficient test system and ensure the steadystate and dynamic performance of the system,considering that the traditional perturbation and observation method cannot take into account the tracking accuracy and sensitivity,and is greatly affected by the fast-reading environment,the threshold of power change is set,and the three-stage variable step size is used for optimization.The adaptive step size perturbation and observation method is obtained,and the Boost circuit is used for simulation.The simulation results show that the adaptive disturbance observation method is superior to traditional algorithms in response speed and accuracy,and can meet the requirements of the contact coefficient testing system for detecting and evaluating the partial corona discharge state in the stator bar slot of large generators.
