风光火储一体化、风光储一体化的多能互补基地电源配置思路研究

摘  要:在我国“双碳”目标战略背景下,新能源将迎来更大规模发展。为推进能源绿色低碳转型,推动能源高质量发展再上新台阶,结合我国西部北部地区能源资源特点,未来将采用风光火储一体化、风光储一体化等多能互补模式,重点开发西部、北部“三地一区”的新能源基地。为适应新能源基地大规模开发外送需求,结合国家相关政策文件要求,开展对典型多能互补基地电源配置思路的研究,提出了评判方案的关键指标,并进行了实例分析,为后续新能源基地多能互补开发外送提供参考。Under the condition of China’s carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060,the new energy will develop rapidly.According to the current national strategy for green energy transformation and development,combined with the characteristics of energy resources in the western and northern regions of China,in the future,China will adopt a multi energy complementary model such as wind-photovoltaic-thermal-energy storage integration and wind-photovoltaic-energy storage integration,with a focus on developing the“three regions and one zone”new energy base in the western regions and northern regions.In order to adapt to the large-scale development and export demand of future new energy bases,combined the requirements of relevant national policy documents,the research on the power configuration concept of the typical multi energy complementary bases is carried out.The key indicators for evaluating the plan are proposed,the actual case is analyzed.It can provide reference for the future development and export of multi energy complementary bases.
