摘　　要：本文介绍了THDS系统室外设备防雪除雪装置。THDS车辆轴温智能探测系统是发现车辆热轴、防止热切轴的安全保障设施,是确保铁路运输安全的重要设备。目前青藏集团公司的THDS设备300余套,覆盖全面,应用广泛,由于集团公司管内大部分地区环境恶劣,特别是在海拔高、气温低、下雪频繁的情况下,THDS室外设备探头箱受到雪的遮盖导致探测数据无法正常采集,影响THDS设备的正常探测,导致测温偏低,有可能漏探热轴,从而影响运输安全。因而,开发一套专门针对THDS室外设备的融雪除雪装置成为迫切需要。This article introduces the THDS system's outdoor equipment anti snow and snow removal device The THDS vehicle axle temperature intelligent detection system is a safety guarantee facility for detecting hot axles and preventing hot cutting of axles,and is an important equipment to ensure railway transportation safety.At present,Qinghai Tibet Group Company has more than 300 sets of THDS equipment,covering a wide range of applications.Due to the harsh environment in most areas within the group company's jurisdiction,especially in high altitude,low temperature,and frequent snowfall,the THDS outdoor equipment probe box is covered by snow,which prevents the normal collection of detection data and affects the normal detection of THDS equipment,resulting in low temperature measurement and the possibility of missing the hot axis,thereby affecting transportation safety.Therefore,developing a snow melting and snow removal device specifically designed for THDS outdoor equipment has become an urgent need.
