摘 要:为了实现某新型闭式循环水下动力系统原理样机闭环控制,本文分析系统典型工作过程,研究系统关键参数,选取六氟化硫(SF6)质量流量作为控制量,选取热管反应器温度作为被控制量,将换热水工质的质量流量视为扰动量,设计系统闭环控制方案。闭环控制系统与主机一起在热态试验台进行试验,通过加大换热水工质质量流量使汽轮机转速达到预期的转速和电功率,在此期间炉温闭环控制误差小于2%,表明该控制方案可将整个动力系统综合为一个可以安全稳定运行的高效有机整体,并且达到了原理样机指标要求。In order to realize the closed-loop control of a new closed-loop underwater power system prototype,this paper analyzed the typical working process of the system,studied the key parameters of the system,selected the mass flow of Sulfur Hexafluoride as the control quantity,selected the temperature of heat pipe reactor as the controlled quantity,considered the flow of hot exchanger water as the disturbance,and designed the closed-loop control scheme of the system.The closed-loop control system was tested with the main engine on the hot test bench.By increasing the flow rate of hot water exchange medium,the turbine speed reached 100000 rpm,and the power generation reached 3 KW.During this period,the error of furnace temperature closed-loop control was less than 3%,indicating that the control scheme can integrate the whole power system into an efficient organic whole which can operate safely and stably,and meet the requirements of the prototype.
