中西方文明观的差异与中国的国际话语权建设

摘　　要：中美博弈加剧和由此引发的中西方文明碰撞使得文明的国际话语权竞争成为全世界各国的关切焦点。本文从中美博弈的视角探析文明的国际话语权竞争及更深层次的中西方文明观的差异,并对如何通过推广全球文明倡议扩展中华文明影响力进行探索性研究。中国主张以交流互鉴方式在文明间寻求交集,通过融合文明差异性的路径,实现国家间互利共赢和不同文明共同发展。这与基督教“一元中心论”和二元对立逻辑下以排他性、强迫性方式扩张所谓“普世价值”,致使大国间负和博弈和文明冲突的西方文明观在哲学基础、推行路径和效用导向上具有明显差异。全球文明倡议的提出与实践是中国对外提升文明的国际话语权的重要支点,中国作为具有悠久历史和文明传统的自立大国,承载着为世界文明多元性博取生存和发展空间的责任,可以通过差异化扩展文明影响力的路径,使全球文明倡议真正成为国际社会处理文明间关系的国际规范,以实现世界多元文明的共生共荣与平等对话。The intensification of the China-US rivalry and the resulting collision between Chinese and Western civilizations have made the competition for the international discourse power on civilization a focal point of global attention.This paper analyzes the competition for international discourse power on civilization and the deeper differences between Chinese and Western civilization views from the perspective of the China-US game,and conducts an exploratory study on how to expand the influence of Chinese civilization through the promotion of the Global Civilization Initiative.China advocates seeking intersections among civilizations through exchanges and mutual learning,aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and the joint development of different civilizations by reconciling their differences.This contrasts with the Western view of civilization,rooted in Christian monocentrism and dichotomy,and which expands the so-called universal values in an exclusive and coercive manner,leading to negative-sum games and civilization clash among big powers,in terms of philosophical basis,implementation path,and utility orientation.The proposal and practice of the Global Civilization Initiative serve as a critical leverage point for China to enhance its international discourse power on civilization.As a self-reliant nation with a long history and civilization tradition,China bears the responsibility of gaining space for the survival and development of the world's civilization diversity.By expanding its influence of civilization through differentiated approaches,China can make the Global Civilization Initiative become a normative framework for the international community to deal with intercivilizational relations,so as to foster the co-prosperity and equal dialogue of the world's pluralistic civilizations.
