摘　　要：新质生产力代表生产力发展的重大跃升,以新质生产力赋能宜居宜业和美乡村建设,既是全面推进乡村振兴的必然要求,又是引领乡村社会高质量发展的重要引擎。新质生产力能够以绿色发展创设乡村生态宜居新场域,以数字技术驱动乡村产业结构新升级,以新质人才促进乡村生产要素新组合,以文化数字化推进乡村文化新发展,以智慧治理激发乡村多元共治新效能。新质生产力赋能和美乡村建设面临数字建设难题与环境治理局限、新质人才短板与技术转化瓶颈、文化认同危机与治理供需挑战等现实困境。为此,在实践中应聚焦“宜居”,实现数字化驱动与绿色转型并举;着眼“宜业”,加强科技驱动与人才支撑共融;立足“和美”,强化文化数字化与智慧治理协同,持续推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设。New quality productivity represents a significant leap in the development of productivity.Empowering livable,business friendly,and beautiful rural construction with new quality productivity is not only an inevitable requirement for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,but also an important engine for leading high-quality development of rural society.New quality productivity can create a new ecological and livable field for rural areas through green development,drive the upgrading of rural industrial structure through digital technology,promote the new combination of rural production factors through new quality talents,promote the new development of rural culture through cultural digitization,and stimulate the new efficiency of diversified governance in rural areas through smart governance.Faced with the challenges of digital construction and environmental governance limitations in empowering new quality productivity and building beautiful rural areas,the shortcomings of new quality talents and technological transformation bottlenecks,cultural identity crisis and governance supply and demand challenges,it is necessary to focus on"livability"and achieve a combination of digital driving and green transformation;to focus on"suitable industry"and strengthen the integration of technology driven and talent supported;based on the concept of"beauty and harmony",and strengthen the synergy between cultural digitization and intelligent governance,and continuously promote the construction of livable,business friendly,and beautiful rural areas.
