摘  要:文章针对护理实验室开放共享管理难点问题提出模拟病房“8S”管理模式,为护理实验室的建设与管理提供了全新的思路与方法,并将劳动教育作为高校实践型人才培养的重要部分有机融入到实验室管理模式中,重点阐述了实验室开放共享管理的人才培养目标、管理方法、实践形式以及评价反馈机制,使劳动、管理、教育三者合一,构建一条全方位高素质人才培养的实验室教育新路径。This paper addresses the challenges encountered in the open and shared management of nursing laboratories by proposing the“8S”management model for simulated wards.This model provides a new idea and method for the construction and management of nursing laboratories.Integrating labor education as an important part of the training of practical talents in colleges and universities into the laboratory management model,and the goal of labor education is realized in the process of practice and management.The personnel training objectives,management methods,practice forms and evaluation and feedback mechanisms of laboratory opening and sharing management were described respectively,so as to integrate labor,management and education,and creating a new pathway for all-round high-quality personnel development in laboratory education.
