摘　　要：总结1例严重脊柱后凸急性心肌梗死继发心跳呼吸骤停伴电风暴患者的急救与护理。从心跳呼吸骤停复苏、电风暴急救、急诊转运等3个方面总结护理经验。经过积极的治疗与护理,患者得到成功救治,住院7 d后好转出院。To summarize the emergency management and nursing care for a patient with severe kyphosis,and acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiac respiratory arrest with electrical storm.Key aspects of care included cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)following cardiac arrest,emergency interventions for electrical storm,and safe transfer to the emergency department.With timely and comprehensive treatment and nursing care,the patient recovered and was discharged after seven days hospital stay.
