摘 要:为了推动复合横担杆塔这项新技术的变革及复合材料工艺和技术在新一代电网中的应用,为输电线路的差异化设计、提升线路的包容性创造条件。结合现在复合横担应用的推广,针对220 kV耐张复合横担塔进行了设计研究,对220 kV复合横担耐张塔进行塔身设计规划,对复合横担进行了力学仿真分析及电场仿真分析,在数值仿真理论分析基础上进了过载及电气实验试验验证,综合分析及试验验证了设计优化的合理性,给后续工程项目参考借鉴。耐张型复合横担塔的研发和设计将实现复合横担新技术在输电线路中的全面应用,对于提高输电线路的设计和装备水平、提升输电线路的多样性和稳定性,具有重要的应用和推广意义。In order to promote the reform of the new technology of composite cross arm pole and tower and the application of composite material process and technology in the new generation power grids,conditions are created for the differential design of transmission lines and improvement of the inclusiveness of lines.Combined with the promotion of the application of composite cross arms,the design and research of 220 kV tension composite cross arms tower are carried out.The tower body design planning is conducted,and the mechanical simulation analysis and electric field simulation analysis of CICA are carried out.The overload and electrical experiment verification are performed on the basis of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The comprehensive analysis and experiment verify the rationality of design optimization,which can be used as a reference for subsequent engineering projects.The development and design of the tension composite cross arm tower will realize the comprehensive application of CICA new technology in transmission lines,which has important application and promotion significance for improving the design and equipment capabilities of transmission lines,and improving the diversity and stability of transmission lines.
