摘  要:本研究采用自由基聚合技术,在室温下成功合成了具有优异拉伸和黏附性能的生物质基水凝胶。在室温下利用多巴胺对纳米纤维素进行改性得到PCNF,将其加入水凝胶体系中,有效提高了水凝胶的机械性能(断裂应变1250%和断裂应力82.0 kPa)。同时,利用儿茶酚基团的可逆氧化还原反应,赋予水凝胶较好的黏附性。结果表明,复合水凝胶在金属铁上的黏合强度高达22.50 kPa。此外,该水凝胶组装的应变传感器表现出良好灵敏度(GF=2.768)、宽线性应变范围(高达500%,R2=0.99)、较好的响应时间(300 ms)和良好的稳定性。In this study,biomass-based hydrogel with good tensile and adhesion properties was rapidly synthesized at room temperature via free radical polymerization technology.PCNF was obtained by modifying the nanocellulose using polydopamine at room temperature.The mechanical properties of the hydrogel were improved effectively by the addition of PCNF to the hydrogel system,with breaking strain of 1250%and breaking stress of 82.0 kPa.At the same time,the reversible redox reaction of catechol groups was used to endow the hydrogel with good adhesion.The adhesion strength on metallic iron was as high as 22.50 kPa.In addition,hydrogel-based strain sensors exhibited good sensitivity(GF=2.768),wide linear strain range(up to 500%,R2=0.99),good response time(300 ms),and good stability.
