摘 要:本研究采用机械研磨法制备了超细淀粉分散液,用于对食品包装白卡纸进行涂布,以探讨淀粉的种类、研磨淀粉粒径及涂布量对白卡纸防油性能的影响。结果表明,研磨阳离子淀粉和研磨高交联淀粉M更有利于提高白卡纸防油性能。此外,淀粉研磨粒径越小、研磨淀粉涂布量越高,白卡纸的防油等级越高。以高交联淀粉M为原料,当淀粉研磨粒径为0.264μm,涂布量为3.5 g/m^(2)时,涂布白卡纸的透气度降低了98.0%,防油等级达6级,吸油值达0.87 g/m^(2),油接触角达93.2°;当涂布量从2.23 g/m^(2)增加到6.20 g/m^(2),涂布白卡纸防油等级从2级增加至9级,透气度从0.059 3μm·Pa·s下降到0.000 081 0μm·Pa·s,吸油值从2.32 g/m^(2)降低至0.59 g/m^(2)。Ultrafine grinding starch dispersion was prepared by mechanical progress and coated on the surface of white cardboard for food packaging.Then the effect of starch type,size of grinding starch and coating amount on oil resistance of white cardboard was studied.The results showed that grinding cationic starch and grinding highly crosslinked starch M were more beneficial to improve the oil resistance of white cardboard.In addition,the smaller the grinding starch particles size and the higher the coating amount,the higher the oil resistance level of white cardboard.Using highly crosslinked starch M as raw material with size of 0.264μm,and the coating amount of 3.5 g/m^(2),the air permeability of coated white paperboard was reduced by 98.0%,the oil resistance level reached to 6,the oil absorption value reached to 0.87g/m^(2),and the oil contact angle reached to 93.2°.When the coating amount increased from 2.23 g/m^(2) to 6.20 g/m^(2),the oil resistance level of coated white paperboard increased from 2 to 9,and the air permeability decreased from 0.0593 to 0.0000810μm·Pa·s,the oil absorption decreased from 2.32 g/m^(2) to 0.59 g/m^(2).
