摘  要:本研究以实验室自制构皮浆为原料,使用Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)工艺进行漂白实验,分别探究了H_(2)O_(2)用量、反应时间、反应温度对构皮浆漂白效果的影响。为了提高最优工艺参数的精准度,对Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)工艺进行响应面法优化。结果表明,在H_(2)O_(2)用量2.9%、反应时间87 min、反应温度82℃的条件下,构皮浆白度达76.6%,聚合度从未漂浆的2704下降至1886。与现有书画纸用构皮浆的次氯酸盐工艺及NaOH-H_(2)O_(2)工艺相比,Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)工艺对纤维损伤更小,漂白效率更高。以Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)工艺制备的构皮浆具有白度稳定、物理强度高、耐老化性能更好、所抄纸张润墨性能良好等优点。In this study,Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)process was taken with lab-made Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp as raw material,the effects of H_(2)O_(2)dosage,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the bleaching effect of Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp were investigated,respectively.In order to improve the precision of the optimum process parameters,Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)process was optimized by response surface method.The results showed that the whiteness of the Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp reached 76.6%,and the polymerization degree decreased from 2704 of unbleached pulp to 1886,with the H_(2)O_(2)dosage of 2.9%,reaction time for 87 min,and reaction temperature at 82℃.Comparing to hypochlorite process and NaOH-H_(2)O_(2)process of Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp,Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)process had less fiber damage and higher bleaching efficiency.The Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp prepared by Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)process had some advantages,such as stable white⁃ness,high physical strength,and better aging resistance,and the paper prepared by bleached pulp had better ink moistening performance.
