摘  要:本研究介绍了纸张起皱纹路与刮刀磨损时间之间的演变关系。基于对刮刀使用周期内烘缸涂层的观察和分析,涂层演变即其材料不同形变速率下的弹性模量演变,通过引入因刮刀压力而产生涂层形变面积的概念,再利用3个假设简化物理模型,对撞击点前后受力区进行了力学分析,理论推导了纸张平均纹路几何长度与刮刀磨损时间之间的数学关系模型,并以纸机稳定运行为条件来简化模型,经纸机实际生产验证,该模型可靠实用。This study introduced the evolutionary relationship between the tissue pattern and the wear time of blade.Based on the observa⁃tion and analysis of the adhesive layer of the Yangkee dryer during the use cycle of the blade,the evolution of the adhesive layer was actually the elastic modulus evolution of its material under different deformation rates.Through introducing the concept of the deformation area of the adhesive layer caused by pressure and simplifying the physical model using three assumptions,a mechanical analysis was conducted on the small stress zones before and after the impact point.The mathematical relationship model between the average geometric length of the paper patterns and the wear time of the blade was theoretically derived,and the model was simplified under the condition of stable operation of the paper machine for ease of verification.Through practical production verification of the paper machine,the mathematical model was reliable and practical.
