摘  要:以电石渣替代石灰进行绿液苛化,并进行生产中试,对中试过程中遇到的电石渣配比不稳定、消化乳液温度下降、过量石灰增加、白泥不易脱水等问题提出了具体的解决办法。在电石渣替代率20%(以有效CaO计)的情况下,对现有生产系统无影响。The use of carbide slag as a substitute for lime in the green liquor causticization process was studied and subsequently carried out in a pi⁃lot production trial.Specific solutions were proposed for the problems,such as the unstable proportion of carbide slag,the decrease in the tempera⁃ture of digested emulsion,the increase in excess lime,and the difficulty in dewatering of white mud that were encountered during the pilot pro⁃cess.With a carbide slag substitution rate of 20%(calculated as effective CaO),the existing production system was not affected.
