摘　　要：目的:探讨“疼痛科+”多学科医护协同培训模式在疼痛专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2023年10月至2024年5月在南昌大学第一附属医院疼痛专科护士培训基地招收的47名学员作为研究对象,采取“疼痛科+”多学科医护协同培训模式,比较学员培训前后理论知识和操作技能、核心能力评分,同时调查培训后学员对基地培训的满意度。结果:应用该培训模式后,学员理论知识和操作技能得分分别为(88.6±2.2)和(91.8±2.3)分;在科研与评判性思维、临床护理能力、伦理与法律实践、人际交往、领导能力、专业发展、教育与咨询7个维度的核心能力评分高于培训前(P<0.001);学员对培训基地教学满意度较高,其中80分以上占87.2%。结论:“疼痛科+”多学科医护协同培训模式可有效提高疼痛专科护士的综合能力,具有临床推广应用意义。Objective:To explore the application effect of the"pain department+"multidisciplinary medical and nursing collaborative training model in the training of pain specialist nurses.Methods:A total of 47 trainees enrolled in the pain specialist nurse training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2023 to May 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method,and the"pain department+"multidisciplinary medical and nursing collaborative training model was adopted to compare the theoretical knowledge and operational skills and core competency scores of the trainees before and after the training,and to investigate the students'satisfaction with the training at the base after the training.Results:After applying the training mode,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills were(88.6±2.2)and(91.8±2.3),respectively.The scores of the trainees'core competencies in the seven dimensions of scientific research and critical thinking,clinical nursing ability,ethics and legal practice,interpersonal communication,leadership ability,professional development,and education and consulting were higher than those before the training(P<0.001).The trainees were highly satisfied with the teaching of the training base,of which 87.2%scored more than 80 points.Conclusion:The"pain department+"multidisciplinary medical and nursing collaborative training model can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of pain specialist nurses,which has the significance of clinical promotion and application.
