摘　　要：提高能源利用率、降低综合能耗既是循环经济与环境保护的发展要求,也是制药企业未来能够立足市场的一项核心竞争力。制药企业的主要能源消耗包括水、电、天然气。文章分别从充分利用蒸汽资源、冷凝水回收、减少电力损耗、优化生产环节的设计与安排,以及加强企业能耗管理等多个方面,深入分析和阐述了节能降耗的实用措施,为制药企业提供实现绿色制造转型的思路和方向。Improving energy eff iciency and reducing comprehensive energy consumption are not only the development requirements of circular economy and environmental protection but also a core competitiveness for pharmaceutical enterprises to establish themselves in the market in the future.The main energy consumptions of pharmaceutical enterprises include water,electricity,and natural gas.This paper thoroughly analyzes and elaborates on practical energy-saving measures from various aspects,including making full use of steam resources,condensate recovery,reducing power loss,optimizing the design and arrangement of production processes,and strengthening enterprise energy consumption management.It provides ideas and directions for pharmaceutical enterprises to achieve green manufacturing transformation.
