摘 要:针对焦化粗苯中杂质含量高、直接应用受限的问题,文章探讨了焦化粗苯加氢精制和萃取蒸馏工艺,并进行了综合工艺流程整合与实验研究。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,加氢精制工艺可有效脱除焦化粗苯中的含硫、含氮化合物及不饱和烃,萃取蒸馏工艺可实现芳烃与非芳烃的高效分离。整合工艺流程实现了焦化粗苯的高效转化和清洁生产,苯收率可达98.5%,产品纯度达到99.95%以上。In order to solve the problems of high impurity content and limited direct application in coking crude benzene,the hydroref ining and extraction distillation processes of coking crude benzene were discussed,and the comprehensive process integration and experimental research were carried out.The results show that under the optimized process conditions,the hydroref ining process can effectively remove sulfur,nitrogen and unsaturated hydrocarbons from coking crude benzene,and the extraction distillation process can realize the eff icient separation of aromatic and non-aromatic hydrocarbons.The integrated process realizes the eff icient conversion and clean production of coking crude benzene,the benzene yield can reach 98.5%,and the product purity can reach more than 99.95%.
