摘 要:聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸-丁二醇酯(PBAT)与热塑性淀粉(TPS)共混,可降低PBAT的自身成本,同时增强其机械性能。PBAT与TPS对温度均较为敏感,适当的加工温度可以促进聚酯材料在吹膜过程中的流动性和成型性,进而影响材料制品的性能。文章在相同配方、不同温度下进行加工改性、挤出、吹塑成膜以及注塑成条后,并对共混体系进行力学性能、结晶行为、热变形温度和维卡软化点分析对比。结果表明,当双螺杆挤出机加工温度为140℃时,共混切片的熔融温度(Tm)最高,有利于结晶成核以及共混体系分子链的重新排布,从而加快结晶速度;共混切片的结晶起始温度也最高,在该加工温度下,结晶过程更缓慢,稳定性更强,且拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能最优。Blending poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)with thermoplastic starch(TPS)can reduce the cost of PBAT while enhancing its mechanical properties.Both PBAT and TPS are temperature-sensitive materials.Proper processing temperatures can facilitate the flowability and moldability of the polyester material during the f ilm blowing process,further influencing the performance of the final product.In this paper,after processing modification,extrusion,f ilm blowing,and injection molding into strips using the same formula but at different temperatures,the blended system was analyzed and compared in terms of mechanical properties,crystallization behavior,heat distortion temperature,and Vicat softening point.The results indicated that when the processing temperature of the twin-screw extruder was set at 140℃,the blend chips exhibited the highest melting temperature(Tm),which was conducive to crystallization nucleation and the rearrangement of molecular chains within the blended system,thereby accelerating the crystallization rate.Additionally,the blend chips demonstrated the highest crystallization onset temperature at this processing temperature.Under these conditions,the crystallization process was slower and more stable,resulting in optimal mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break.
