摘　　要：癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)已被证实参与调控肿瘤增殖、侵袭转移及免疫逃逸等过程。近年来,有研究表明CEACAM1作为分泌型蛋白,具有成为肿瘤生物标志物的良好潜能。临床数据表明CEACAM1在不同肿瘤中表达水平具有差异,在肿瘤发生与发展及临床应用中具有重要的作用。然而,目前血清学检测存在一定局限性将来需要多中心、大样本量数据来深入探究CEACAM1在肿瘤诊断及预后评估中的价值。该文归纳了CEACAM1在肿瘤中作用及其明确的临床应用数据,从临床角度重点讨论CEACAM1在肿瘤中的表达水平及诊断与预后价值,这对阐明肿瘤发生与发展机制及临床诊治等研究具有重要意义。Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1)has been confirmed to be involved in the regulation of tumor proliferation,invasion,metastasis and immune escape.In recent years,some studies have shown that CEACAM1,as a secreted protein,has a good potential as a tumor biomarker.Clinical data show that CEACAM1 has different expression levels in different tumors,which plays an important role in the occurrence,development and clinical application of tumors.However,the current serological detection has certain limitations.In the future,multi-center and large sample size data are needed to further explore the value of CEACAM1 in tumor diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.This article summarizes the role of CEACAM1 in tumors and its clear clinical application data,and focuses on the expression level,diagnostic and prognostic value of CEACAM1 in tumors from a clinical perspective,which is of great significance for elucidating the mechanism of tumor occurrence and development as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment.
