摘  要:概念设计是实现产品创新的关键。本文提出一种新的产品概念设计方案生成及评价模型。首先,基于顾客需求信息,采用公理设计实现功能需求与设计参数之间的映射;然后,基于形态学矩阵,以顾客需求满意度和结构相容度最大化为目标构建优化模型,并运用非支配排序遗传算法获得最优解集;最后,运用犹豫模糊利益和损失评分方法对最佳概念设计方案进行评价。为了验证该模型的适用性,将其运用于手部康复装置的概念设计,并通过比较分析验证其有效性和可靠性。Conceptual design is one of the key stages to achieve product innovation.In this paper,a new model of generation and evaluation conceptual design schemes was proposed.Firstly,the axiomatic design was used to realize the mapping between functional requirements and design parameters based on the customer requirement information.Then,based on the morphological matrix,the optimization model was constructed with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and maximizing structural compatibility,and the optimal solution set was obtained by using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-I).Finally,the hesitant-fuzzy gain and loss dominance score(HFGLDS)was used to evaluate the product conceptual design plans.In order to verify the applicability of the proposed model,a case study of a hand rehabilitation device was conducted along with a comparative analysis.
