摘　　要：新兴信息技术的飞速发展催生了基于共享理念的出库员接驳模式,接驳车和出库员的协同配置,可有效缓解发运订单履约服务和出库成本管控之间的矛盾。针对接驳共享模式下含任务截止时间的商品车出库总成本最小化问题,建立了一个混合整数规划模型求解单作业阶段内的任务选择、停靠点分配、接驳车路径规划联合决策,设计了延迟服务策略和回退链机制保证决策方案的可行性。此外,提出了基于前瞻紧急度的数学启发式算法提高模型的求解效率,实现多作业阶段的动态划分。数值实验中,对比基于分解的数学启发式算法,验证了引入前瞻紧急度能在保证求解质量的同时大大提高求解效率,为汽车企业商品车出库调度提供有效的决策支持。The recent advance in the new generation of information technology has given rise to the shuttle-sharing mode,which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between the fulfllment service of shipping orders and the cost management of outbound warehouses through the collaborative configuration of shuttles and staff.Regarding the problem of minimizing the total cost of commercial vehicle dispatch with task deadlines in shuttle-sharing mode,a mixed-integer programming model was established to solve the joint decision-making involving task selection,docking point assignment,and shuttle routing planning within a single stage.To ensure the feasibility of the decision scheme,delay service strategy and fallback chain mechanism were designed.Additionally,a matheuristic approach,grounded in look-ahead urgency,was proposed to enhance the efficiency of model solving and enable dynamic division across multiple stages.The extensive numerical experiments validate that,compared with a split matheuristic approach,the introduction of look-ahead urgency significantly improves solution efficiency while maintaining the solution quality at a high level,which provides decision support for commodity vehicle dispatch in the automobile logistics industry.
