摘　　要：科学研判环境规制对旅游业绿色转型的作用机制与影响程度,是推动旅游业绿色转型、促进旅游业高质量发展的重要途径。文章基于长江经济带2010—2022年面板数据,采用中介效应、门槛效应模型揭示环境规制对旅游业绿色转型的影响机制及效应。结果表明:正式环境规制呈“倒U”型演化轨迹,非正式环境规制呈线性上升趋势,旅游业绿色转型呈“N”型变化曲线。正式、非正式环境规制均可通过技术创新、产业结构升级推动旅游业绿色转型。技术创新在正式、非正式环境规制影响旅游业绿色转型的作用中均发挥单一门槛效应;产业结构升级在正式环境规制对旅游业绿色转型的影响中呈线性促进作用,在非正式环境规制中发挥单一门槛效应。A rigorous evaluation of the mechanisms and impact of environmental regulations on the green transformation of the tourism industry is a crucial approach to facilitating its green transformation and promoting its high-quality development.Based on panel data from the Yangtze River Economic Belt spanning the years 2010 to 2022,this essay employs mediation and threshold effect models to elucidate the mechanisms and impact of environmental regulations on the green transformation of the tourism industry.The findings reveal that formal environmental regulations adhere to an"inverted U-shaped"trajectory,while informal environmental regulations display a linear upward trend.Concurrently,the green transformation of the tourism industry is characterized by an"N-shaped"curve.Both formal and informal environmental regulations can drive the green transformation of the tourism industry through technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.Technological innovation demonstrates a single-threshold effect in the role of both formal and informal environmental regulations on the green transformation of the tourism industry.In contrast,industrial structure upgrading exerts a linear promoting effect in the context of formal environmental regulations,whereas it shows a single-threshold effect under informal regulations.
