摘 要:为解决动车组牵引变流器设计面临的信息庞杂和更改困难的问题,文章引入基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法,采用建模语言SysML和建模工具MagicDraw重点分析动车组牵引变流器全生命周期的设计阶段,从需求分析出发对设计阶段进行建模。在建模过程中将牵引变流器需求分为非功能需求和功能需求,非功能需求主要分析环境因素对动车组牵引变流器使用的影响并结合建模工具MagicDraw创建需求图和参数图进行仿真验证;功能需求主要创建活动图、时序图来分析牵引变流器电流调节功能。在此基础上,分析牵引变流器子系统并且创建相应模块定义图和内部模块图来展示牵引变流器架构,建立追溯矩阵确保功能分析没有遗漏。结果表明,将MBSE思想应用到动车组牵引变流器设计能够通过模型间的关联性解决基于文档的传统模式中存在的信息查找和更改困难等不足,有效支持牵引变流器内部的设计信息从“文本”到“模型”的转变。This paper focuses on applying model-based systems engineering(MBSE)methodology to the design of EMU traction converters,to address challenges stemming from an abundance of information and complexities in modification.The study initially uncovered the whole life cycle process of EMU traction converters,leveraging the modeling language SysML and the modeling tool Magic Draw,and concentrated on modeling the design stage based on an analysis digging into requirements.The requirements of traction converters were categorized into non-functional requirements and functional ones during the modeling process.The non-functional requirements were analyzed to assess the impact of environmental factors on the operation of EMU traction converters,and were verified through simulations incorporating diagrams of requirements and parameters created using the modeling tool Magic Draw.The analysis of functional requirements focused on the current regulation function of traction converters,through creating activity diagrams and timing diagrams.The subsequent analysis delved into the traction converter subsystems and presented the traction converter architecture by creating corresponding module definition diagrams and internal module diagrams.Additionally,a traceability matrix was established to ensure no omission in the functional analysis.The study findings endorse the application of the MBSE methodology,particularly through model correlations,as an effective solution to challenges in the design of EMU traction converters,such as complexities in information search and modifications in the traditional document-based mode.Hence,the proposed approach effectively facilitates the transformation of internal design information of traction converters from a textual representation to a model-based format.
