摘　　要：总结我院2022年9月收治的1例罕见的原发性泪囊恶性黑色素瘤(primary malignant melanoma of lacrimal sac,PMML)术后继发出血患者的护理经验。术前对患者进行去除出血易感因素的评估并正确进行术前准备,术后在出血发生时及时准确判断引起出血的原因并立刻填塞止血,填塞后动态监测眼鼻部疼痛、眼压、眶压及视力变化,防止严重并发症发生,避免视力不可逆性损伤。患者术后恢复较好顺利出院。根据患者特点,做好术前评估及术后观察,及时发现并发症并处理,以促进患者恢复,改善患者预后。The nursing experience of a rare patient with postoperative hemorrhage of malignant melanoma of lacrimal sac were summarized in September 2022.Preoperative assessment of the patient's bleeding prone factors was removed and preoperative preparation was performed correctly.After the occurrence of bleeding,the cause of bleeding was determined as soon as possible and hemostasis was stopped after tamponade.After tamponade,ocular and nasal pain,intraocular pressure,orbital pressure,and visual acuity changes were dynamically monitored to effectively prevent serious complications and avoid irreversible visual damage.The patient recovered well after surgery.According to the characteristics of patients,the preoperative evaluation and postoperative observation should be done,and the complications should be found and treated immediately to promote the recovery of patients and improve the recovery of patients.
