摘 要:城市摊贩经济是城市经济的重要组成部分,摊贩空间是城市活力的保障和城市空间治理的重要内容,但其本身的非正规性导致其宏观分布特征难以量化。文章利用手机信令数据,制定摊贩行为识别规则,获取武汉市主城区范围内的摊贩密度,通过冷热点分析方法识别摊贩集聚空间,结合城市建成环境分析摊贩集聚分布特征和影响因素。研究发现,在宏观视角下,武汉市中心城区摊贩分布总体表现出“西热东冷”的特征,并形成了两个主要摊贩集聚区和四个次级摊贩集聚区。在中微观视角下,摊贩倾向于选择功能复合、商业服务设施密集区域及低端市场周边,同时对宜人的街道环境和人流量均有需求,研究旨在为城市摊贩统计和摊贩空间规划与治理提供借鉴。Urban vendors are an important component of urban economy,a guarantee of urban vitality and an important element of urban spatial governance,but their own informality leads to the difficulty in the quantification of their macro distribution characteristics.The paper makes use of mobile signaling data,formulates the rules for vendor behavior identification,and obtains the density of vendors within the main urban area of Wuhan.It identifies the space of vendor agglomeration through cold and hot spot analysis,and analyses the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of vendor agglomeration in the context of the built environment of the city.It is found that from the macro perspective,the distribution of vendors in Wuhan central urban area shows the characteristics of“hot in west and cold in east”,and forms two major and four secondary areas.From the meso-micro perspective,the vendors tend to choose the areas with compound functions and dense commercial service felicities as well as low-end market neighborhoods,and at the same time,have demand for pleasant street environment and pedestrian flow.It aims to provide a reference for the statistics of the urban vendors and for the planning and governance of vendor space.
