水网地区滨水工业废弃地改造策略研究

摘　　要：滨水工业废弃地是城市发展过程中的历史遗留问题,水网地区经济起步较早,这一问题较为突出。通过介绍杭州运河拱宸桥西工业遗产更新项目、杨树浦电厂遗址改造项目、广东中山岐江公园三个水网地区滨水工业废弃地改造的成功案例,阐述了项目设计的背景和项目设计特色,研究其设计手法并探讨了其借鉴意义和启示,以期为我国水网地区滨水工业废弃地生态恢复、文化重塑,以及城市公共空间营造提供一定参考。The abandoned waterfront industrial wasteland is a historical legacy issue in the process of urban development,and the economy in water network areas started earlier,making this problem more prominent.By introducing the successful cases of waterfront industrial heritage renovation projects in water network areas,including the Industrial Heritage Renovation Project in the west of Gongcheng Bridge of Hangzhou Canal,Yangshupu Power Plant Site Renovation Project,and Qijiang Park in Zhongshan,Guangdong,this paper elaborates on the background and design characteristics of the design projects,studies their design techniques,and explores their reference significance and inspiration.It aims to provide a reference for the ecological restoration and cultural reshaping of the urban waterfront industrial wasteland in China’s water network areas,and for the creation of urban public spaces.
