供需匹配视角下苏州市姑苏区公园绿地公平性研究

摘　　要：城市公园绿地供需关系的量化能够揭示城市居民与公园绿地的空间投射关系,可以反映其绿地供给公平性,进而为优化城市绿色空间布局提供可参考的依据。为识别公园绿地布局薄弱区域,本研究以苏州市姑苏区为研究对象,采用两步移动搜索法、基尼系数和耦合协调匹配模型结合的研究方法,评价姑苏区各街道的公园绿地供需匹配情况,以此探讨城市公园绿地的供需公平性。结果表明:①姑苏区内人口对绿地的需求水平与公园绿地供给空间特征不匹配,1个街道公园绿地基尼系数超过警戒线,3个街道公园绿地基尼系数接近警戒线,其余4个街道公园绿地基尼系数为理想数值,各街道之间公园绿地供需存在失衡;②姑苏区公园绿地的供需关系在街道层面呈现不均衡状态,存在低供高需和高供低需不均衡现象,还存在低供低需、高供高需及其他均衡现象;③基于耦合协调模型的公园绿地资源配置结构在姑苏区8个街道层面产生了分异,部分街道公园绿地可达性与公园绿地供需公平性存在耦合关系,而公园绿地可达性不足降低了姑苏区整体绿地供需公平性。基于上述评价结果,文章对姑苏区各个街道提出适配性的优化策略,以期为苏州市公园绿地布局提供精细的决策依据。Quantifying the relationship between the supply and demand of urban park green spaces can reveal the spatial projection of urban residents’interactions with these spaces and reflect the fairness in green space supply.In order to identify the weak areas in the layout of park green spaces,taking Gusu District in Suzhou as the research object,the paper utilizes a combination of the two-step floating catchment area method,Gini coefficient,and coupling coordination model to evaluate the matching between the supply and demand of park green spaces,and to discuss the fairness in the supply and demand of urban park green spaces.The results show that:①there is a mismatch between the demand of the population in Gusu District for green spaces and the supply spatial features of park green spaces.The Gini coefficient of one street exceeds the caution line,that of three streets is close to the caution line,and that of the rest four streets ideal.There is an imbalance between the supply and demand of park green spaces on the streets.②The supply and demand relationship of park green spaces in Gusu District shows an uneven state at the street level,with instances of imbalances such as low supply and high demand,high supply and low demand,as well as other balanced situations.③The configuration structure of park green space resources,based on the coupling coordination model,varies among the eight streets in Gusu District.Some streets exhibit a coupling relationship between the accessibility and the fairness in the supply and demand of park green spaces,while insufficient accessibility reduces the overall fairness in the supply and demand of park green spaces in Gusu District.Based on these evaluation results,this paper proposes adaptive optimization strategies for each street in Gusu District,aiming to provide precise decision-making basis for the layout of park green spaces in Suzhou.
