活血降糖丸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血降糖丸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2023年4月驻马店市中医院收治的200例DPN患者,随机数字表法分为两组,各100例,对照组接受胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,观察组另加用活血降糖丸,两组均治疗1个月,对比两组疗效。结果两组治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经传导速度较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛程度评分、神经反射、症状、感觉功能评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖水平、脑源性神经营养因子水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对DPN患者采取活血降糖丸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,可减轻患者临床症状,降低患者疼痛程度,改善其神经感觉功能,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Jiangtang Pills combined with pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 200 DPN patients admitted to Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Jiangtang Pills,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared after 1 month.Results There was significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the pain degree score,nerve reflex,symptom,and sensory function scores between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the blood glucose level and brain-derived neurotrophic factor between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Huoxue Jiangtang Pills combined with pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets in DPN patients can reduce the clinical symptoms,reduce the pain degree of patients,improve their neurosensory function,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of promotion and application.
