摘 要:目的探讨基于海恩法则的预见性护理干预在急诊急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性收集2022年6月至2023年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的400例急诊急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者的临床资料,根据护理方法分为对照组(190例,预见性护理干预)和观察组(210例,基于海恩法则的预见性护理干预)。比较两组患者急救时间,入院时和转至专科病房时神经功能缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分],以及两组护理期间并发症发生情况。结果对照组采血送检时间、CT检查时间、入院至溶栓开始时间长于观察组(P<0.05);转至专科病房时,对照组NIHSS评分高于观察组(P<0.05);护理期间,对照组并发症总发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论基于海恩法则的预见性护理干预可缩短急诊急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者急救时间,降低患者神经功能缺损程度和并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention based on Hain's rule in emergency patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Methods Retrospective collection of clinical data from 400 emergency patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with intravenous thrombolysis at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2022 to June 2023.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(190 cases,predictive nursing intervention)and an observation group(210 cases,predictive nursing intervention based on Hain's rule).The duration of emergency treatment,the degree of neurological impairment[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score]at admission and transfer to a specialized unit,and the incidence of complications during care were compared in both groups.Results The time for blood collection and examination,CT examination,and admission to thrombolysis in the control group were longer than those in the observation group(P<0.05).When transferred to a specialized ward,the NIHSS score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).During the nursing period,the total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing interventions based on the Hain's rule can shorten the emergency response time for patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis,reduce the degree of neurological deficits and the incidence of complications in patients.
