摘 要:将氢能作为港口主要能源利用形式是我国港口业绿色低碳发展的重要方向,港口丰富的应用场景也为氢燃料港口集卡、叉车、轮胎吊等氢能技术及设备提供了最佳的应用示范条件。通过研究国际和国内氢能港口发展现状和发展模式,分析了国内氢能港口发展存在的问题,提出了国内氢能港口近期和远期的技术发展路径及运营模式建议。氢能港口发展重点在于下游产业链的氢能应用;其次要做好氢能技术和氢能装备支撑,从车辆及特殊作业机械的动力替换入手至全面替代柴油装备,覆盖港口用电及储能;最后是保障氢能供给,以加氢站建设保障氢港内氢能装备和设施正常运行。Hydrogen energy as the main energy utilization form at ports is an important direction for the green and low-carbon development of China's port industry.The rich application scenarios at ports also provide the best application demonstration conditions for hydrogen energy technologies and equipment such as hydrogen-fueled port collector trucks,forklifts,tire cranes,etc.Through studying the current situation and development of hydrogen energy ports in the world,the existing problems in the development of hydrogen energy ports in China are analyzed,and the suggestions are given for the technology development paths and operation modes of China's hydrogen energy ports in the near and long term.The development of hydrogen energy ports should focus on the application of hydrogen energy in the downstream industry chain,followed by the support of hydrogen energy technology and hydrogen energy equipment.The power replacement is suggested to perform at first on the vehicles and special operating machinery that consumes diesel,then on electricity and energy storage in the ports.Lastly,hydrogen refueling stations should be constructed to ensure the normal operation of hydrogen energy equipment and facilities in the hydrogen energy ports.
