基于热泵技术的PVC干燥尾气的低温余热利用研究

摘  要:鉴于PVC干燥过程的高能耗特点,把MVR热泵、吸收式热泵及高温热泵等节能技术应用于PVC的干燥过程,在传统干燥工艺的基础上,提出了MVR耦合吸收式热泵及高温热泵2种节能干燥工艺。以热泵系统的性能系数(COP)、干燥过程的能耗及年总成本(ATC)等作为评价指标,对提出的节能干燥工艺进行模拟与优化。研究结果表明,PVC干燥尾气的排烟温度为27℃,传统干燥工艺中约29.8%的低温余热未被利用。与传统干燥工艺相比,MVR耦合溴化锂吸收式热泵干燥工艺能耗降低了27.9%,ATC节省了15.7%。高温热泵系统最有效的循环工质为R718,该干燥工艺要比传统干燥工艺节能52.6%,节省ATC约40.0%,且高温热泵干燥系统的COP要比MVR耦合溴化锂吸收式热泵系统的COP高出4.4,因此高温热泵干燥工艺用于PVC的干燥更具技术和经济优势。Considering the high energy consumption characteristics of the polyvinyl chloride(PVC)drying process,the energy-saving technologies such as Mechanical Vapor Recompression(MVR)heat pump,absorption heat pump,and high-temperature heat pump are applied to the PVC drying process.Based on the traditional drying processes,two energy-saving drying processes are proposed,including MVR coupled with absorption heat pump and high-temperature heat pump.Taking the coefficient of performance(COP)of the heat pump system,energy consumption of the drying process and annual total cost(ATC)as evaluation indicators,the simulation and optimization are performed for the two proposed energy-saving drying processes.Research results show that as the exhaust gas temperature of PVC drying tail gas is 27℃,about 29.8%of the exhaust low-temperature heat cannot be utilized in traditional drying processes.Compared with the traditional drying processes,the MVR coupled with lithium bromide absorption heat pump drying process can reduce energy consumption by 27.9%and save ATC by 15.7%.The high-temperature heat pump system using R718 as working fluid can reduce energy consumption by 52.6%and save ATC by 40.0%compared with the traditional drying processes.The COP of the high-temperature heat pump drying process is 4.4 higher than that of the MVR coupled with lithium bromide absorption heat pump process.Therefore,the high-temperature heat pump drying process has more technical and economic advantages for PVC drying.
