摘　　要：基于“天擎”气象大数据平台、气象灾害风险普查成果和电信AI智能语音客服接口,利用数据库技术、雷达和云图数据处理技术、网络访问技术、TTS文本转语音技术等多种编程技术,采用C++编程建立气象临灾智能“叫应”业务系统。系统建成后可实现气象监测、灾害风险预警、临灾智能“叫应”,能及时发现气象灾害风险、实现智能靶向“叫应”等功能。A meteorological emergency intelligent“call&response”business system is established based on the“Tianqing”meteorological big data platform,meteorological disaster risk survey results,and China Telecom AI intelligent voice customer service interface,using various programming techniques such as database technology,radar and cloud data processing technology,network access technology,TTS text-tospeech technology,and C++programming.After the completion of the system,it runs stably and reliably,with functions such as meteorological monitoring,disaster risk warning,and intelligent disaster response.It can timely detect meteorological disaster risks and achieve intelligent targeted“call&response”.
