摘　　要：针对广西气象部门“天擎”应用教学覆盖面窄、质量欠佳的现状,分析微视频资源在解决这些问题上的价值,探讨基于“天擎”系统构建气象微视频专题库的可行性。基于天擎存储资源,通过数据湖完成视频文件的集中存储与标准化管理,使用MUSIC接口满足共享众创需求,基于HTML5设计WEB展示页面,实现视频库资源的集中展示与在线浏览,为广西气象部门用户自主学习提供更新及时、实用先进的教学资源。Aiming at the current situation of narrow coverage and poor quality of the teaching of CMADaaS application in Guangxi,this paper analyses the value of micro-video resources in solving these problems,and discuss the feasibility of constructing a meteorological micro-video thematic library based on CMADaaS.Based on the storage resources of CMADaaS,the centralised storage and standardised management of video files are completed through the data lake,the MUSIC interface is used to meet the demand of sharing and crowdsourcing,and the WEB display page is designed based on HTML5 to realise the centralised display and online browsing of the resources of the video library,so that it can provide users with updated,timely and practical teaching resources for independent learning.
