摘 要:利用1971—2020年广西91个国家气象观测站降水量、气温等观测资料,采用数据分析、实地调研、文献综述等方法,探讨广西极端灾害天气气候变化事实,以及极端降水和高温事件变化特征,分析国内气候服务能力建设的现状和趋势,探讨广西气象部门气候服务现状和存在问题,提出提升广西气候服务能力的对策和建议。Based on the observational data of precipitation and temperature of 91 national meteorological observation stations in Guangxi from 1971 to 2020,methods such as data analysis,field research,and literature review were employed to explore the facts of extreme disaster weather and climate change in Guangxi,as well as the characteristics of changes in extreme precipitation and high-temperature events.Extreme weather and climate events have appeared increasingly frequently.On this basis,this paper also analyses the current status and trends of climate service capacity at domestic and abroad,and investigates the current situation and existing issues of climate services provided by the meteorological department in Guangxi,as well as puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the capacity of climate service in Guangxi.
