广西区域自动气象站历史沿革现状分析

摘　　要：利用广西2965个区域自动气象观测站历史沿革数据文件,分析区域自动气象站台站名称、区站号、台站位置、迁站、观测要素变化情况。结果表明,台站名称、位置发生变化的比例分别为93.8%、57.9%,迁站占比21%,观测要素变更台站占比9.7%,区站号变更占比0.4%。广西区域自动气象观测站发展历程中,存在台站名称错误、区站号使用混乱、台站位置错漏等问题,原因主要是管理流程不完善、观测方法不统一、概念不明确等,建议完善区域自动气象观测站新建、迁移、撤销的审批流程,规范经度、纬度、测站海拔参数测量的方法,合理分配区站号,避免区站号的变更。Using historical data files from 2965 regional automatic meteorological observation stations in Guangxi,the changes in station names,station numbers,station locations,station relocations and observation elements of these stations were analysed.The results showed that the proportions of station name and location changes were 93.8%and 57.9%,respectively.The proportion of station relocations was 21%,the proportion of stations with changes in observation elements was 9.7%,and the proportion of changes in station numbers was 0.4%.During the development of regional automatic meteorological observation stations in Guangxi,there are issues such as incorrect station names,confusion in the use of station numbers,and errors or omissions in station locations.The primary reasons for these issues are incomplete management processes,inconsistent observation methods,and unclear concepts.It is suggested to improve the approval process for the establishment,migration,and cancellation of regional automatic meteorological observation stations,standardize the methods of measuring longitude,latitude,and altitude parameters of observation stations,and reasonably assign station numbers reasonably to avoid changes in district station numbers.
