摘　　要：以SWOT分析法为主要分析工具,结合广西气象部门有偿专业气象服务主体的特色,从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个维度解析现有形势,探讨适合广西气象部门有偿专业气象服务主体的发展对策,为其稳步拓展提供有益借鉴及参考。Taking SWOT analysis as the main analytical tool,combined with the characteristics of compensated professional meteorological service providers of Guangxi Meteorological Department,this paper analyzes the current situation from the four dimensions of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and explores the development strategies suitable for compensated professional meteorological service providers of Guangxi Meteorological Department,providing a useful reference and guidance for their steady expansion.
