摘  要:主动配电网多样化需求对储能能量管理策略提出更高要求,针对储能最优经济性调度与灵活控制难以兼顾问题,本文提出一种环形通信下储能电池两层分布式能量协商管理策略。首先,通过成本分析建立了储能协商管理目标函数,并基于拉格朗日对偶法分析最优解特征。其次,设计了两层分布式能量管理策略,上层基于不动点迭代在环形通信中实现群组荷电状态同步,下层采用两模式均衡电路实现组内单体荷电状态一致。最后,基于IEEE 33系统进行了算例分析,结果表明本文所提策略能够在较低时延与调节时间内实现组间同步、组内一致控制,有效兼顾了储能经济性调度与实时灵活控制需求。Diverse demands in active distribution networks place higher requirements on energy management strategies for energy storage.In response to the challenge of balancing optimal economic dispatch and flexible control of energy storage,this paper proposes a two-layer distributed energy negotiation management strategy for energy storage batteries under ring communication.Firstly,a cost analysis is conducted to establish the objective function for energy negotiation management,and the characteristics of the optimal solution of the objective function are analyzed using Lagrangian duality.Secondly,a two-layer distributed energy management strategy is designed,where the upper layer achieves synchronization of group charge states through fixed-point iteration in ring communication,and the lower layer achieves consistency of individual charge states within the group using a dual-mode balanced circuit.Finally,a case study is conducted on the IEEE 33 system,and the results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can achieve inter-group synchronization and intra-group consistent control with low latency and adjustment time.The search capability for optimal solutions is highly comparable to offline optimization algorithms,effectively balancing the requirements of energy storage economic dispatch and real-time flexible control.
