摘  要:回顾了智慧诊疗的研究现状和发展趋势;以儿童癫痫病为例,深入分析了传统药学服务模式的局限性。并以某医院药学部为例,从发展脉络、人员组成、平台架构与技术支撑、平台运行与维护等层面系统梳理其儿童癫痫创新药学服务模式。该模式实现了对儿童癫痫患儿的全病程精准管理与远程指导,提高了儿童癫痫患儿的诊疗质量,并有利于降低患儿治疗成本。但要实现基于个性化药物治疗的精准人工智能模型,仍有多学科沟通难、智能技术瓶颈、信息保密难等问题需要克服。This study reviews the research status and development trends of intelligent diagnosis and treatment.Taking epilepsy in children as an example,the limitations of traditional pharmaceutical care model are analyzed deeply.Taking a department of pharmacy of a hospital as an example,the innovative pharmaceutical care model for children with epilepsy is sorted out from the aspects of development process,workforce composition,platform architecture and technical support,and platform operation and maintenance.This model achieves whole-course accurate management and remote guidance for children with epilepsy,improves the quality of diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy,and reduces the cost of treatment.However,in order to realize the accurate AI model based on precision medicine,there are still problems such as difficulties in multidisciplinary communication and data confidentiality,and intelligent technology bottlenecks to be overcome.
