摘　　要：创新是疾病预防控制事业和公共卫生事业高质量发展的策源力。文章提出在疾病预防控制领域,创新的价值出发点和落脚点是维护与促进全人群全生命周期健康,具有广泛意义上的社会价值与经济价值、人群价值与个体价值。并以疾病预防控制实例,阐析创新的相对优势、兼容性与适宜性、复杂性、可试验性和可观察性等特征。基于公共产品的供需关系,浅议创新在疾病预防控制领域的应用路径是从创新价值的认知、认可与接受到应用的全过程,为上海乃至长三角地区公共卫生事业的科技创新及成果转化提供基础理论支撑。Innovation is the driving force of the high-quality development of disease prevention and control and public health.In the field of disease prevention and control,the starting point and foothold of innovation is to maintain and promote full life-cycle health of the whole population,which has a broad sense of social value and economic value,and population value and individual value.The comparative advantages,compatibility and suitability,complexity,experimentation and observability of innovation are illustrated by the examples of disease prevention and control.Based on the supply-demand relationship of public goods,this paper briefly discusses that the application paths of innovation in the field of disease prevention and control are the process from the cognition,recognition,acceptance to the application of the value of innovation,providing basic theoretical support for commercialization of scientific and technological achievements of public health in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region.
