摘 要:损耗计算是影响开关器件使用寿命的重要因素,也是车载逆变电源设计开发过程的重要环节。本文对传统的理论计算方法和试验计算方法进行梳理分析,提出了一种基于电力电子仿真的损耗计算方法。以开关器件为IGBT的三相逆变拓扑为例进行损耗计算,并通过与上述两种计算方法进行比较,得出该方法在简化计算过程,提升设计效率的同时,保证其计算精度的准确性。Loss calculation is regarded as a crucial factor affecting the lifetime of switching devices and a vital aspect in the design and development process of on-board inverter power supplies.This paper reviews and analyses traditional theoretical and experimental calculation methods,and proposes a loss calculation method based on power electronics simulation.A three-phase inverter topology with IGBT switching devices is taken as an example for the loss calculation,and comparisons are made with the above two calculation methods.It is demonstrated that this method simplifies the calculation process,improves design efficiency,and ensures the accuracy of the calculation.
