摘  要:针对低压配电网中单相负荷复杂接入导致的三相不平衡以及人工经验换相效率低的问题,本文提出一种基于GA-PSO算法的三相不平衡相序调整策略。首先,该策略以最小化三相电流不平衡度为目标函数;其次,通过遗传算法(Genetic Algorithms,GA)的强全局搜索能力,结合粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)的快速收敛能力,形成GA-PSO算法以求解最优相序调整方案;最后,采用湖南某地区低压配电网中配电变压器三相电流数据开展算例分析,通过MATLAB仿真,结果表明该台区三相不平衡度由25.46%降低到13.42%,验证了所提方法的有效性和合理性。Aiming at the problems of three-phase unbalance caused by complex single-phase load access and low commutation efficiency of manual experience in low-voltage distribution network,a three-phase unbalance phase sequence adjustment strategy based on GA-PSO algorithm is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the objective function of the strategy is to minimise the three-phase current unbalance.Secondly,the GA-PSO algorithm is formed to solve the optimal phase sequence adjustment scheme by combining the strong global search ability of Genetic Algorithm(GA)with the fast convergence ability of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).Finally,the three-phase current data of distribution transformers in a low-voltage distribution network in a certain area of Hunan Province is used to carry out a numerical example analysis.Through MATLAB simulation,the results show that the three-phase unbalance degree of the station area is reduced from 25.46%to 13.42%,which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
