摘　　要：为满足GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备检测维修保障的迫切需求,在综合分析GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备的组成、设计原理和功能的基础上,设计GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备智能综合测试台。该测试台采用模拟仿真技术,并集成多种仪器仪表,能够模拟被测设备的外部运行条件或环境,支持多类型被测对象的测试、分析与诊断,可实现GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备的单板卡、单元、整机级功能测试。搭建测试环境对该测试台进行验证,结果表明:该测试台可实现对GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备功能的自动化测试,有助于提高设备维护检修的工作效率,满足测试数据报表的数字化管理需求,具有较高的应用价值。To meet the urgent needs of inspection and maintenance support for GYK-160 rail car operation control equipment,the intelligent comprehensive test bench for GYK-160 rail car operation control equipment is designed based on a comprehensive analysis of the composition,design principles and functions of GYK-160 rail car operation control equipment.This test bench adopts simulation technology and integrates multiple instruments and meters,which can simulate the external operating conditions,or environment,of the tested equipment and support the testing,analysis,and diagnosis of multiple types of tested objects,enabling single board,unit,and whole machine level functional testing of GYK-160 rail car operation control equipment.A testing environment was built to validate the test bench,and the results showed that the test bench can achieve automated testing of the GYK-160 rail car operation control equipment functions,which helps to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and repair,meet the digital management needs of test data reports,and has high application value.
