摘  要:LKJ车载数据无线换装,利用无线通信网络将LKJ车载基础数据文件从地面传输至车载设备,是提高数据换装效率,提升作业安全性的重要技术手段。数据加载启用是LKJ车载数据无线换装的一个关键环节,针对数据换装作业过程中出现的因无线换装设备和LKJ主机分别断电、同时断电,以及传输错误等造成的数据加载异常场景,分析其产生的原因及现象;通过梳理无线换装设备与LKJ主机之间的通信时序,从换装文件缓存、换装进度等方面,研究加载异常时车载设备换装状态的变化,优化加载异常场景下数据重新加载方法;最后,搭建实验室仿真测试环境进行测试验证,测试结果表明,上述异常场景下,数据加载优化方法的效率分别比既有方法提升64.3%、70.0%和67.9%,能够显著提升数据换装效率。Onboard LKJ data replacement via wireless transmission is to transmit basic data files from the ground to the onboard LKJ equipment,which is an important technical means to improve the efficiency of LKJ data replacement and improve the safety of the operations.The activation of data loading is a key step in the wireless onboard LKJ data replacement process.In response to the data loading exceptions caused by power outages of the wireless data replacement equipment or/and LKJ host,as well as transmission errors during the data replacement operation,the causes and phenomena of these occurrences are analyzed.By sorting the communication timing between the wireless data replacement device and the LKJ host,the change of the data replacement state of the onboard LKJ device when data loading exceptions occur is studied from the aspects of the loading file cache and the progress of data loading,and the optimized data replacement method for the occurrence of data loading exceptions is studied.Finally,a laboratory simulation test environment is set up for testing and verification.The results show that compared with the existing methods,the optimized data replacement method can improve the data loading efficiency by 64.3%,70.0%and 67.9%respectively under the above abnormal scenarios,indicating that the data replacement efficiency can be improved remarkably.
