摘  要:针对铁路信号基础装备存在的研发周期普遍较长、产品因多次试制或返工返修造成生命周期成本较高的现状,以及产品由于前端研发与后端制造脱节而带来的工艺可行性和产品可靠性问题,提出一种通过优化设计前端来规避加工制造后端风险的方法,即在产品研发阶段引入可制造性设计技术。首先对基于并行设计思想的可制造性设计技术的含义及发展现状进行介绍;其次结合铁路信号产品的特殊性,对在铁路信号产品的研发过程中引入可制造性设计技术的重要性和必要性进行探讨,分析设计过程中应主要考虑的可制造性风险点,以及铁路信号产品印制电路板的可靠性设计要求;最后提出将可制造性设计技术应用于铁路信号产品研发设计时的实施方法建议。该项技术的应用将会在产品降本增效、可靠性提升等方面发挥重要作用。In view of the current situation of long research and development(R&D)cycles and high lifecycle costs caused by multiple trial production or rework of railway signal basic equipment,as well as the process feasibility and product reliability issues caused by the disconnection between front-end R&D and back-end manufacturing,a method is proposed to avoid the risks of back-end manufacturing by optimizing the front-end design,that is,introducing manufacturability design in the product R&D stage.Firstly,the significance and current development status of manufacturability design based on parallel design concept are introduced.Secondly,based on the particularity of railway signal products,the importance and necessity of introducing manufacturability design in R&D process of railway signal products are discussed.The manufacturability risk points that should be mainly considered in the design process are analyzed,as well as the reliability design requirements for printed circuit boards in railway signal products.Finally,the implementation method to apply manufacturability design in the development and design of railway signal products is recommended.The application of manufacturability design will play an important role in reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and improving reliability of the products.
