摘　　要：交流电动转辙机牵引道岔的拉力测试、4 mm障碍检查及转换阻力测试均是电务检修作业中的必测项。经过对现场转辙机状态的追踪调查,发现频繁的摩擦类测试会损伤摩擦片,造成转辙机动力快速衰减,甚至整机提前更换。而铁路普遍采用的销式测力仪在测试前,需拆装动作杆连接销及防雨罩等附件,极大影响测试效率,且工作负荷大,一旦在拆装过程中有零件遗漏,可能造成安全隐患。为此,研发一种基于无线传输技术、带定速驱动装置的拉阻力测试仪,通过测试转辙机摩擦联结器的输出转矩,结合特定计算方法,进而获取转辙机的拉力、转换阻力等数据,不仅能以接近无损、免拆装、安全的方式高效完成相关测试,还可避免测试作业对转辙机造成不可逆的损伤。The tension test,4mm obstacle inspection,and conversion resistance test of the traction switch of the AC electric switch machine are all required testing items in the signal maintenance operation.Based on the tracking investigation of the status of on-site switch machines,it was found that frequent friction tests may damage the friction plates,causing rapid attenuation of the power of the switch machine,and even replacement of the entire switch machine in advance.The pin type force measuring instrument commonly used in railway requires disassembly and assembly of accessories such as the connecting pin of the action rod and the rain cover during the operation process,which greatly affects the testing efficiency and has a heavy workload.Once there are parts missing during the disassembly and assembly process,it may also cause safety hazards.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a tester for tension and resistance based on wireless transmission and equipped with a constant speed drive device.By testing the output torque of the friction coupling of the switch machine and combining it with specific calculation methods,data such as the tensile force and conversion resistance of the switch machine can be obtained.This not only enables efficient completion of relevant tests in a near non-destructive,non disassembly,and safe manner,but also avoids irreversible damage to the switch machine caused by testing operations.
