摘 要:为研究细水雾抑制熄灭地下受限空间变压器火灾的有效性,设计搭建35 kV受限空间变压器火灾实验平台,开展细水雾雾场包裹效果对灭火性能影响的实验研究,分析灭火过程中图像和温度等参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:受限空间变压器火灾发生后,空间内部出现了温度分层现象;受到空气流动影响,顶部通风口为空间内热量最易聚集区域,燃烧225 s温度达到291℃;细水雾启动16 s后,水雾能够完全包裹燃烧区域,熄灭明火;细水雾系统持续喷射231 s后,空间内温度降至25℃,可有效防止火灾复燃。研究结果有助于提升受限空间变压器火灾防控水平,保障城市电力供应。To evaluate the effectiveness of fine water mist in suppressing and extinguishing the transformer fires in confined underground spaces,an experimental platform of 35kV transformer fire in confined space was designed and constructed.The experiments were conducted to study the influence of the coverage effect of fine water mist field on the firefighting performance,and the variation laws of image,temperature and other parameters during the fire extinguishing process were analyzed.The results show that after the occurrence of transformer fire in confined space,the phenomenon of temperature stratification appears inside the space.Under the influence of air flow,the top vent is the easiest area for heat accumulation in the space,and the temperature reaches 291℃after 225 s of combustion.After 16 s of water mist start-up,the water mist can completely cover the combustion area and extinguish the naked fire.After the water mist system is continuously sprayed for 231 s,the temperature inside the space is reduced to 25℃,which can effectively prevent the fire from reignition.The research results are helpful to improve the prevention and control level of transformer fire in confined spaces,and ensure the urban power supply.
