中国式农业农村现代化的时空特征及影响因素分析

摘　　要：立足中国式现代化的特征与根本要求,构建中国式农业农村现代化评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法测算中国式农业农村现代化水平。在此基础上采用核密度估计、Dagum基尼系数和动态GMM模型,进一步考察中国式农业农村现代化水平的时空特征及影响因素。研究发现,第一,各省份中国式农业农村现代化水平总体不断上升,并呈现“东高西低”的空间非均衡分布格局。第二,东部地区的中国式农业农村现代化子系统耦合协调度高于中部地区,西部地区的最低。第三,Dagum基尼系数及其分解项表明,中国式农村现代化水平的区域差距逐渐减小,地区内部差距最大的是东部地区,地区间差距最大的为东部和西部地区,地区内差距贡献率和超变密度贡献率呈“波动上升”趋势,地区间差距对中国式农业农村现代化总体差距贡献最大。第四,动态GMM模型的结果显示,人力资本、农业技术进步、财政支农水平和经济发展水平对中国式农业农村现代化水平具有明显的促进作用。Based on the characteristics and fundamental requirements of Chinese-style modernization,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,and uses the entropy right TOPSIS method to measure the level of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.On this basis,nuclear density estimation,Dagum gini coefficient and dynamic GMM model are used to further investigate the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization level.The results are as below.First,the overall level of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization in various provinces is constantly rising,showing a spatial unbalanced distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west.Second,the coupling and coordination degree of the Chinese agricultural and rural modernization subsystem in the eastern region is higher than that in the central region,while the coupling and coordination degree in the western region is the lowest.Third,the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition items show that the regional gap of Chinese rural modernization level in China is gradually decreasing,while the eastern region is the largest,The contribution rate of the regional gap and the supervariable density show a fluctuating upward trend,and the regional gap makes the largest contribution to the overall gap of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization.Fourth,the results of the dynamic GMM model show that human capital,agricultural technology progress,financial support and economic development level have an obvious role in promoting the level of Chinese agriculture and rural modernization.
