摘　　要：壮药花红片是一种中成药组方,由一点红、白花蛇舌草、鸡血藤、桃金娘根、白背叶根、地桃花和菥蓂这七味中药材组成,具有清热解毒、燥湿止带、祛瘀止痛的功效。在临床上,它被广泛应用于由细菌感染引起的妇科炎症性疾病。文章从中医理论出发,对花红片的方解进行阐述,同时,通过查阅文献对其主要成分、质量控制方法及临床药效等方面的研究进行了综述,旨在为中药民族药的二次开发提供理论依据。Huahong tablet is a traditional Chinese medicine formula composed of seven medicinal herbs,including Emilia sonchi folia(L.)DC,Scleromitrion diffusum(Willd.)R.J.Wang,Spatholobus suberectus Dunn,Radix Rhodomyrti,Mallotus apelta(lour.)Muell.Arg,Urena lobata Linn,and Thlaspi arvense L,and it is known for its effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,drying dampness and stopping leukorrhea,and promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.In clinical practice,it is widely used in the treatment of gynecological inflammatory disease caused by bacterial infection.This article explains the formulation of Huahong tablet based on theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Additionally,it provides a review of the research on its main components,quality control methods,and clinical pharmacotherapy by consulting literature,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the secondary develop ment of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.
